It feels odd to think that this is the Easter long weekend. I wonder how many people needed to be reminded about it? Time feels a lot more fluid right now, with many people being off of work and mainly staying indoors. We can only hope that most people will avoid large family gatherings this weekend, and do their best to keep isolating.
Something else I had completely forgotten about is the “poking” function on Facebook. One of my friends recently sent me a poke, and suddenly I was brought back to the screen showing me all the outstanding “pokes” I had never “poked back”. I’m sure you can guess what happened next…
Forgotten things making a return certainly seems to be the theme for today, as I also received a GST rebate today, which was both unexpected and larger than I would have guessed. I did a little digging and it turns out that it’s an extra increased one-time payment that many Canadians are eligible for. More info can be found here.
